How do I order merchandise through the Group Purchasing Organization?

You continue to order as you always have, but now you identify yourself as an EW member and give the Participating Vendor your unique EW identification number. ID numbers are assigned to you by Essentially Women® Group Purchasing Organization upon receipt of your application and start-up fee of $50.

How do I qualify for the Essential Rewards Program?

• You qualify by purchasing from participating vendors. Rewards are calculated based on your total participating vendor purchases that are paid within vendor terms.
• Participating vendors track all individual member purchases and corresponding Rewards and report this information quarterly to EW. EW then totals all Essential Rewards due from each Participating Vendor, prepares a detailed report including your buying activity and EW member savings and sends you this information along with your Essential Rewards check..
• Essential Rewards are calculated on a quarterly basis.

Can I join if I my business is already a member of another Buying Group?

• You can be a member of multiple buying groups.
• If you are a member of another buying group(s), you must choose one group from which you will receive benefits per manufacturer. If you currently belong to another group and want to switch over to EW benefits, contact the manufacturer directly to make this change and update your account information.

How do I pay my dues?

Quarterly dues are deducted from your Essential Rewards Program check. In the unlikely event that your Essential Rewards payment is not sufficient to cover your dues, you will be billed for any outstanding balance. Dues must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date or your membership will become inactive. Vendors will be notified that you are no longer eligible for EW benefits. A reactivation fee of $50 will be charged to rejoin.

How do I know EW will be profitable for me?

EW Participating Vendors offer immediate discounts or other buying incentives at the time your order is placed, so you save money simply by ordering from EW Participating Vendors.

You save even more by taking advantage of special sales and promotions that are offered exclusively to EW members by our Participating Vendors.

As an added bonus, you will also receive a quarterly Essential Rewards Program check based on your buying activity with EW Participating Vendors. The more you utilize our Participating Vendors, the greater your Essential Reward.

To estimate your potential Essential Rewards, calculate the following: Based on an average 2% Participating Vendor Essential Rewards, purchases of $2,250 per quarter from any of our Participating Vendors would cover your quarterly dues. If your combined purchases exceed that amount, you will be rewarded with an Essential Rewards check. Essential Rewards checks have exceeded $5,800!
