Essentially Women® is committed to promoting an environment that retains the full trust and confidence of its Members, Participating Vendors, Strategic Partners, staff and investors.

All Member, Participating Vendor, and Strategic Partner financial, purchasing and/or contract information, including information in databases and hard copy files, shall be kept secured at the EW corporate office in Michigan, and shall not be accessible to any person(s) or company not directly related to the processing of Essential Rewards benefits. Unauthorized access to, modification, deletion or disclosure of information in any way that compromises the integrity of EW or violates the privacy of Members, Participating Vendors and Strategic Partners may constitute a criminal act. Distribution and/or reproduction of any record or information outside the intended and approved use is strictly prohibited.

EW is committed to the principles of confidentiality. Investors and the staff of EW have signed confidentiality agreements, and violations of privacy rules will result in legal action.
