Position Description:
The Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of daily operations, product inventory, product distribution and record maintenance to ensure accurate reporting; responsible for operational supervision in the absence of the Coordinator. Provide clients with product knowledge and consultation related to all products carried by A Woman's Place.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Complete Prosthetic devices (mastectomy), compression garments, and bra certification. BOC examination within 2 years of hire. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality. Must be proficient in the use of personal computer, word process software such as Microsoft Office. For Mastectomy fitters, complete BOC examination within 2 years of hire. Completed Certificate of Training for mastectomy, compression or wigs.
Additional qualifications that are highly preferred:
DME background in mastectomy and compression, experience in supervising/managing employees, organized and efficient at multi-tasking, high level of customer service, attention to detail.
